POLICIES & FAQ'S
Shipping - We assemble your piece the moment it is ordered. In some cases, please allow up to 3 weeks before item is shipped. You will get a confirmation email from me once you place an order with your tracking details and ETA. If you need items received by a certain date, please email me. Sometimes, we do have the piece in stock and this will be shipped out to you immediately.
Shipping within New Zealand will be shipped via Fastways courier. Tracking number will be sent to you once dispatched. Shipping outside New Zealand will be shipped USPS First Class for International.
Please note, we are not responsible for payment of any import or duty fees or any stolen or lost items.
EXCHANGES & REPAIRS
Repairs - We understand that things malfunction and/or break and can do repairs/replacements on some items. Contact us.
Packaging - Items come packaged inside a custom Kami & Kindred box stamped
Exchanges & Returns - We want you to love your chosen piece, so if you are unhappy with your item, we accept refunds or exchange requests if the product is returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been clearly used, we cannot proceed with an exchange or refund and the item will be sent back to you.
Please choose your pieces carefully, being mindful that each piece is hand-made to order.
Before shipping an item back, please email us to notify an exchange and state what you would like to exchange for or if you need a refund.
If refund is chosen, monies will be refunded to you minus shipping, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
