SHIPPING

Shipping within New Zealand will be shipped via Fastways courier or NZ Post depending on the size. A tracking number will be sent to you once dispatched. 

Shipping outside New Zealand will be shipped via NZ Couriers or ARAMEX if the courier option is selected from the dropdown menu at checkout. If Airmail non-tracked is selected, this will be shipped via NZ Post with no tracking.

Due to COVID-19 slight delays should be expected. Freight cost has also been affected, and increased.

Please note, we are not responsible for payment of any import or duty fees or any stolen or lost items.

REPAIRS

Jewellery Repairs - We understand that things malfunction and/or break and can do repairs/replacements on some items. If ceramic pieces have dropped and smashed, we can in some cases replace that piece at the customers cost. Contact us.

PACKAGING

Jewellery Items arrive packaged inside a custom Kami & Kindred box adorned with a gold stamped logo.

Homeware Items are wrapped with a honeycomb paper structure instead of bubble wrap. Our tape is cellulose, and everything is recyclable / biodegradable to fit with our philosophy.

All pieces are wrapped as if they were a gift, so if your purchase is for a friend or loved one I am happy to send straight to them, and write a wee card (with your words) for you at no extra charge.

RETURNS

Please choose your pieces carefully.

Change of mind returns will not be accepted.

Kami & Kindred pieces are hand-made, not made in a factory, and will differ slightly from piece to piece. Clay can be a slightly different tone from batch-to-batch, each firing can produce a slightly different glaze / clay colour result. Ceramic wares are subject to many vagaries and these differences should be embraced, making your chosen piece even more unique and special to you.

If a piece comes to you broken during transit, please let us know immediately and keep the packaging as we may need photographs of the damage for our insurance company. We will replace any damaged pieces.
